SWIFTANA PTY LTD – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS

"Client" means the person or entity engaging the Company’s services.
"Services" means all cleaning and related services provided by the Company.
"Premises" means the address where the services are to be carried out.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking or using the Company’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. BOOKINGS
3.1 Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online.
3.2 The Client must provide accurate details and access to the Premises.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
5.1 Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the service price.
6. SERVICE GUARANTEE AND LIMITATIONS
6.1 The Company strives for satisfaction but cannot guarantee removal of all stains.
6.2 Claims must be made within 24 hours of service completion.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for loss of items not secured by the Client.
8. ACCESS
The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the Premises.
9. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate services for breach of these terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
